周仁来，必威betway平台心理系，教授，博士。必威betway平台“登峰人才计划”A学者。江苏省哲学与社会科学重点基地（社会与行为科学实验中心）主任。必威betway平台医学院附属鼓楼医院特聘研究员。媒体融合生产技术与系统国家重点实验室特聘研究员。曾任必威betway平台心理系主任，北京师范大学心理学院副院长，认知神经科学与学习国家重点实验室教授，心理学基础实验教学国家级示范中心主任，应用实验心理北京市重点实验室主任，情绪调节中心主任。主要采用脑电（ERPs）、核磁（MEG）、脑磁（fMRI）、经颅电刺激（tDCS）、生理多导记录、眼动追踪、机器学习等认知神经科学方法与技术研究认知神经调控、情绪调节的认知与神经机制。

迄今在国内外核心学术刊物发表学术论文约270余篇。其中SCI、SSCI索引论文120余篇。出版著作、译著、教材等著作10多部。获批软件著作权多项。在工作记忆训练提升流体智力和情绪调节能力、航天员在轨飞行认知和情绪的监测与干预、考试焦虑的诊断与干预、女性月经周期情绪变化等领域进行了系列探索，研究成果先后被《科学时报》、新华网、搜狐网、科学网、《科学通报》等广泛报道。开发的心理学软件产品在中小学、医院、监狱推广使用。获2018年国家科技进步奖二等奖（排名第五）等多项国家级和省部级奖项。
