教师简介

耿柳娜，女，教授（2011-），博士生导师（2013-）。中国社会心理学会常务理事、生态与环境心理学专业委员会副主任，曾任中国社会心理学会副秘书长（2014-2016）和中国社会心理学会青年工作者工作委员会主任（2014-2022）；江苏省社会心理学会副理事长；江苏省心理学会理事。2008-2009年美国哈佛大学•哈佛—燕京访问学者；江苏省“三三三”工程培养对象。研究兴趣及领域包括社会心理学、环境问题、判断与决策、人力资源管理等。在SSCI、SCI及CSSCI刊物上发表论文多篇，出版专著两部，主持多项国家级和省部级课题。开设社会调查方法、心理学研究方法、人力资源开发与管理专题、健康心理学、实验心理学等课程。担任国家社科基金、教育部人文社会科学项目等基金的评审专家；SSCI期刊Journal of Environmental Psychology副主编，Journal of Community & Applied Social Psychology和《心理技术与应用》等学术期刊的编委。

曾与环境保护、航空、交通、证券、医疗、司法、学校等行业的多个单位进行合作研究或为其提供专业咨询。

招收社会学专业，社会心理学方向（应用社会心理学、社会心态与生态文明）博士研究生；心理学专业学术硕士、专业硕士。
