戴琪，必威·BETWAY心理学系特任助理研究员，2018年本科毕业于山东师范大学应用心理学专业和美国东田纳西大学普通心理学专业，2023年博士毕业于美国俄克拉荷马大学应用社会与发展心理学专业。主要从事儿童及青少年发展心理学相关研究，研究兴趣包含同伴关系、亲子关系、情绪管理、心理和行为问题等，目前主要关注子代对母亲身心脑健康的影响。
